Join us for our first New Member Mashup Class! We will sample our Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and Strides 360 classes all in 1 day!!
Have you been thinking of checking out your first class, but weren't sure when you should come or what you should bring? Grab a mama friend and join us for this special class!
We will have lots of fun planned, and a great playgroup for your little ones after class!
What to bring:
- Any stroller will due, as long as your littles can be safely strapped in!
-Workout mat or towel
-Plenty of water
-Snacks, drinks and toys for your kids (although we will have lots of fun planned during class for their entertainment too!)
